Scholarship Exam – Rules, Eligibility, Evaluation & Benefits

Scholarship Exam Summary:

  • Total Number of Questions: 30
  • Marks per Question: 2 marks
  • Total Marks: 60 marks
  • Exam Duration: 20 minutes
  • No negative marks for wrong answers.
  • Exam Subject: Secondary Level Mathematics, English, Science and General Knowledge
  • Question Type: Computer-Based MCQ (Computer-Based Multiple Choice Question)
  • Registrations Fee: Rs. 30/-(Refundable after Course Registration)

Exam Instructions:

  1. Candidates must appear at the designated exam center and take the exam directly.
  2. Each candidate must bring their own Smart Mobile phone.
  3. Candidates will be able to see their marks immediately after the exam.

Scholarship Applicable Rules:

A. for General candidates:

  • If a minimum of 70%(42) marks are obtained, 40% course fee discount will be applicable in any Diploma Course.

B. for SC / ST / OBC / Physically Handicapped candidates:

  • If a minimum of 60%(36) marks are obtained, 40% course fee discount will be applicable in any Diploma Course.
  • Candidates in this category must submit a certificate, otherwise they will be considered in the general category.

If they participate in the scholarship exam but do not obtain the applicable marks:

  • All students who participate in the scholarship exam and are unable to obtain the applicable marks will get a special concession of ₹1000/-(INR One- Thousand) each on any Diploma course fee.
  • To avail this benefit, it is mandatory to complete the registration by March 31st

First place holder in the scholarship exam:

  • Must obtain 90% (54) or more marks, he will get completely free course benefits (100% course fee concession).

Terms and conditions related to gift vouchers and scholarships:

  • A student will get only one benefit — i.e. scholarship or gift voucher, both are not applicable together.

Important Notes:

  • No discount is applicable on the registration fee of any course.
  • All discounts and benefits are applicable on the course fee only.
  • All decisions, clarifications and corrections are reserved by the institution authorities and shall be considered final.
  • This Admit Card must be carried during the Exam and Registration time.

বৃত্তি পরীক্ষা – নিয়ম, যোগ্যতা, মূল্যায়ন এবং সুবিধা​

বৃত্তি পরীক্ষার সারসংক্ষেপ:

  • মোট প্রশ্নের সংখ্যা: ৩০
  • প্রতি প্রশ্নের নম্বর: ২ নম্বর
  • মোট নম্বর: ৬০ নম্বর
  • পরীক্ষার সময়কাল: ২০ মিনিট
  • ভুল উত্তরের জন্য কোন নেতিবাচক নম্বর নেই।
  • পরীক্ষার বিষয়: মাধ্যমিক স্তরের গণিত, ইংরেজি, বিজ্ঞান এবং সাধারণ জ্ঞান
  • প্রশ্নের ধরণ: কম্পিউটার-ভিত্তিক MCQ (কম্পিউটার-ভিত্তিক বহুনির্বাচনী প্রশ্ন)
  • রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি: ৩০/- টাকা (কোর্স রেজিস্ট্রেশনের পরে ফেরতযোগ্য)

পরীক্ষার নির্দেশাবলী:

  1. প্রার্থীদের নির্ধারিত পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে উপস্থিত হয়ে সরাসরি পরীক্ষা দিতে হবে।
  2. প্রতিটি প্রার্থীকে তাদের নিজস্ব স্মার্ট মোবাইল ফোন আনতে হবে।
  3. পরীক্ষার পরপরই প্রার্থীরা তাদের নম্বর দেখতে পারবেন।

বৃত্তি প্রযোজ্য নিয়ম:

ক. সাধারণ প্রার্থীদের জন্য:

  • ন্যূনতম ৭০% (৪২) নম্বর পেলে, যেকোনো ডিপ্লোমা কোর্সে ৪০% কোর্স ফি ছাড় প্রযোজ্য হবে।

খ. SC/ST/OBC/শারীরিকভাবে প্রতিবন্ধী প্রার্থীদের জন্য:

  • যদি ন্যূনতম ৬০% (৩৬) নম্বর পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে যেকোনো ডিপ্লোমা কোর্সে ৪০% কোর্স ফি ছাড় প্রযোজ্য হবে।
  • এই বিভাগের প্রার্থীদের অবশ্যই একটি সার্টিফিকেট জমা দিতে হবে, অন্যথায় তাদের সাধারণ বিভাগে বিবেচনা করা হবে।

যদি তারা বৃত্তি পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করে কিন্তু প্রযোজ্য নম্বর না পায়:

  • বৃত্তি পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণকারী এবং প্রযোজ্য নম্বর পেতে অক্ষম সকল শিক্ষার্থী যেকোনো ডিপ্লোমা কোর্স ফিতে ₹১০০০/- (INR এক হাজার) বিশেষ ছাড় পাবে।
  • এই সুবিধা পেতে, ৩১শে মার্চ ২০২৬ সালের মধ্যে নিবন্ধন সম্পন্ন করা বাধ্যতামূলক।

বৃত্তি পরীক্ষায় প্রথম স্থান অধিকারী:

  • ৯০% (৫৪) বা তার বেশি নম্বর পাওয়া আবশ্যক, তাহলে তিনি সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে কোর্স সুবিধা (১০০% কোর্স ফি ছাড়) পাবেন।

গিফট ভাউচার এবং স্কলারশিপ সম্পর্কিত শর্তাবলী:

  • একজন শিক্ষার্থী শুধুমাত্র একটি সুবিধা পাবে — অর্থাৎ স্কলারশিপ বা গিফট ভাউচার, উভয়ই একসাথে প্রযোজ্য নয়।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নোট:

  • কোনও কোর্সের রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি-তে কোনও ছাড় প্রযোজ্য নয়।
  • সমস্ত ছাড় এবং সুবিধা শুধুমাত্র কোর্স ফি-তে প্রযোজ্য।
  • সমস্ত সিদ্ধান্ত, স্পষ্টীকরণ এবং সংশোধন প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃপক্ষ দ্বারা সংরক্ষিত এবং চূড়ান্ত বলে বিবেচিত হবে।
  • পরীক্ষা এবং রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় এই প্রবেশপত্রটি অবশ্যই সাথে রাখতে হবে।
